Tree Tops Park is a popular shoot location, and with today's engagement session it's not hard to see why. The tall, stately trees and serene ponds lend a peacefulness to the surroundings and are the perfect backdrop for Yonaery and Hector's sweet love for each other. Christine and Tammy of Rubber Boots Photography joined the couple and their adorable little Yorkie, Tobey, for a stroll around the park in February, and here are the lovely results.
From Christine and Tammy: "We were beyond excited to work with Yonaery and Hector on their engagement shoot. This is a couple that you cannot deny is head-over-heels in love, which makes our job as their photographers a complete dream. For this shoot we had a special little guest, their little yorkie Tobey, who stole the shot every time he was in it. We're are so excited to see them become husband and wife this June! And yes, Tobey will be attending in his finest."
Yonaery and Hector met last May on Sanibel Island, where both were visiting with family. There was instant chemistry between the two of them; as Yonaery tells us: "After that weekend, Hector and I immediately began a relationship. It did not take much time for us to feel that we had found our soul-mate in each other. After three months of being a couple, Hector and I returned to Bowmans Beach in Sanibel Island to celebrate the anniversary of when we met. While at the beach Hector got down on one knee and asked me if I would marry him. I was completely surprised and said yes!!!
"Since we met at the beach and it's where our love began we had no doubt that we would be married on the beach. We are having a beach ceremony in Miami Beach on June 9, 2012. We are so excited!"
Congratulations, you two! Finding your soulmate, and knowing it so instantly and completely, is a dream so many have... we're so glad we were able to share your story.
