Friday Fresh Squeeze #217

on by in Updates & Roundups

We're kicking off December with lots of festive events around here! We love hearing about cookie decorating and ornament making parties. And let's be honest: dreaming up holiday signature drink recipes may just be the best way to spend an afternoon. Cheers to the weekend, friends!

WHAT WE'RE LOVING THIS WEEK

Jessica Lorren Photography Lauren Daversa Events Friday Friday Squeeze

Loving all the kumquat details at the Flagler Museum captured by Jessica Lorren. The sweet couple along with Lauren Daversa Events worked together to create a family-infused day from start to finish: heirloom platters for cocktails and bites, signature sips inspired by all the important guys, and lots of accessories paying homage to grandparents.

How gorgeous is the sparkly brunch soiree styled by our gal Rebecca? (She's looking pretty amaze, too!) Love. every. bit.

The colorful, fun and meaningful details in this brunch wedding are everything.

Um, can we have a fruit ornament making day, pretty please?

Are you confused as I was about the banana extinction stories?

As savory potato kugel sounds so yum to me.

Because everyone has a cat lover in their life.

A great roundup of things to do here in South Florida through Janauary.

HOUSE HAPPENINGS

You guys. We're so proud of how great our first Local Looks event turned out! Inviting our co-host, Stephanie from The Style Bungalow, ensured that the whole thing came off polished and presentable. Here's a little recap, with shots taken by Coco Prop Shop.

We had eleven vendors showcasing a sampling of their collections from their storefronts, online shops and even some that were fresh off the sewing tables. There was a great mix of modern, trendy, previously loved, edgy and vintage-inspired attire options: a little something for everyone.

Stephanie gathered up her favorites and assembled two looks on our amazing antique dress forms from Coco Prop Shop. It was so great to see racks full of threads and pretty little shopping bags brimming with closet additions for our shoppers.

The best part? Every shop is owned and operated by some of the sweetest and most stylish people you'll meet. Check out your neighborhood and stop by or browse their online collections:
