After a wonderful mini-vacay with my dad in the Keys last week, this wedding couldn't be more up my alley. Danielle and Michael hosted a gorgeous destination wedding at the newly renovated oasis and their theme couldn't be more cute! We're lucky enough to have these beautiful images of the Postcard Inn from Bob Care Photography to share with y'all!

One of their first weekend getaway trips together was to Islamorada, where they stayed at Holiday Isle which would eventually become the Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina. Danielle says, "When looking for a wedding venue, we saw the renovations to the resort, and knew this was where we wanted to become husband and wife. It definitely had the beautiful setting we were looking for and to be able to share such a special place to us with our friends and families from all over was just a dream come true."

Isn't Danielle's bouquet absolutely stunning!? I love how wildly tropical it is with the local ferns and gorgeous orchids; dreamy and natural.

My favorite memory was holding my soon-to-be husband's hand right before our ceremony. We kept the tradition of not seeing each other until I walked down the aisle. I waited on the corner of one building and my bridesmaids lead him to the other. We didn’t speak or see each other but reaching out and touching each other’s hands was an incredible memory that I will always cherish. It calmed both our nerves and reminded us that the day was about one another.

Hello, perfect beach wedding inspiration! I'm loving that this couple so thoughtfully considered the comfort of their guests during their picturesque waterfront ceremony. They had fans with programs, a shoe-check, brushes to wipe off their toes...adorable! No doubt there was probably sunscreen and bug spray nearby, as well!

Our engagement happened during our annual trip to upstate/western NY in the Finger Lakes at Michael's families cottage over the Fourth of July. This is a trip we take every year and is one of our favorite holidays to celebrate. Towards the end of our trip, Michael asked me to take the canoe out with him. When we reach this little secluded cove, as best as he could in a canoe without tipping us over, Michael knelt down and proposed. Of course I said, 'Yes!'

Our theme was beachy natural; lots of earth tones and ivory with hints of green to match the landscape and "Key Lime" theme. My mom made the table numbers and escort cards which were vintage keys to go with the "Florida Keys" location. I definitely have Pinterest, Michael's Craftstore, Recycled Bride, and eBay to thank for some of my inspiration!

Danielle and Michael loved all of their vendors, especially their venue, photographer and florist! By far, their biggest recommendation (which we can't encourage enough) is, "To have fun and to not stress out too much. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming for some, but I think if you take your time and enjoy the whole process it will help you make the most of your day. Our wedding was very laid back and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way."

Who's ready for a Keys trip!? What a wonderfully beautiful start the rest of Danielle and Michael's days, congratulations!
