Venue visits, grand opening parties and general industry schmoozing are three of our favorite things - so getting to do all of that in our. own. space (!) was quite honestly a dream come true. It's been a crazy ride, y'all, leading up to the opening of Social House, our new venue and shared creative coworking space in downtown Lake Worth. If you haven't been by to see it yet, or are cheering us on from afar, here's a peek at the House (thanks to the fabulous Chelsey Boatwright Photography)... and what it looks like to throw a 150+ person shindig in it! The crazy talented and creative vendors that helped us pull off this event are on the Social House vendor list, and for a really good reason: they're amazing.
Case in point: We wanted pineapples in an acrylic chest (I mean, who doesn't), and Refinery Vintage and Anthology Co. made it happen. I can't get over how amazing Refinery Vintage's pieces looked on our front patio! Perfection.
Veronica of Anthology sprinkled arrangements throughout the House, bringing that perfect touch of modern tropical that we were looking for - especially perched on the mid-century-esque high tables from AFR Furniture Rental.
... and on the FOOD. Both Janderyn of Earth and Sugar (I mean, a choux wall, guys!) and Chef Kathryn Shirley of New York Food Co. completely knocked it out of the park. You know how much we love fab food shots, so here's some serious eye candy for you:
So freaking good.
(Photogs always win in the booth, ya know?)
A few pics of us felt obligatory. It's safe to say we were happy with the night!
I've ALWAYS wanted to attend an event under a Sperry tent; we just had to make that happen. I gotta say, it looked simply stunning in our back garden - like it was just meant to be.
We got tons of compliments on the service and professionalism of the valet team from Palm Beach Parking, too - they kept arrivals and departures flowing through the night.
It was honestly pretty magical, thanks to all the work, care and collaborative spirit of our vendor/partners. We are all over-the-moon-excited to have the opportunity to host gracious events like this, here in our House, for you and yours; if that sounds on point, let us know! In the meantime, keep an eye on our event calendar for tons of fun creative community focused events that we'll be hosting. Cheers!
