Anna and Lauren of Urban Vintage were inspired by a birthday party for Anna's aunt, at her townhome's clubhouse, to put together this colorful vintage meets mid-century modern shoot. Our Fave Daniel Lateulade captured all the details, including the stunning florals from Halle of Flower & Fringe that really brought all the elements together. And can we talk about all this gorgeously happy color? Love, love, love.
An instagram that Halle shared of a dried flower wreath served as inspiration for the floral design - soft green and pink shades threaded throughout the scenes created a sense of calm among the bright colors and eclectic elements, while still keeping that vintage feel. Taking it a step further, she added geometric wreaths to Urban Vintage's industrial pipe altar to create a totally unique industrial/vintage blend piece.
Built in the 60s, the clubhouse has an "art deco/old Florida/mid-century vibe" that resonated with Anna and Lauren, and was a perfect fit for their rental company's core style: vintage with nontraditional elements.
Sea grape leaves and color-blocked centerpieces adorned the table, and the girls brought in the mid-century glam with a vintage table, stereo dessert table, and chandeliers. A color-blocked, geometric designed menu highlighted a Florida-inspired menu, including a 'Media Noche Slider' (that I'd love to get my hands on right about now!); vegan and gluten-free cupcakes rounded off the meal.
I'm totally one of those gals that can't resist a golden pineapple (or two)! Thanks so much to the creative team for showcasing and sharing this bit of perfection with us.
